PRODUCTION OF WELDING FLUXES

On gas-flame fluxes-boiling furnace up to 13 thousand tons of welding fluxes high quality more 20 designations are annually smelted. The electric furnace working in pair with gas-flame board (on the method of duplex - process), is intended for production of the new marks of welding fluxes and improvement of the quality emitted earlier (welding compounds with the low contents of phosphorus and sulfur). The welding fluxes of production PRJSC "Zaporizhskloflus" stably are in great demand, both in the market of Ukraine, and behind its limits.

PRODUCTION OF SODIUM SILICATE

In shop two boards on production of sodium silicate work. It enables simultaneously to exhaust commodity of two miscellaneous modules from 1,8 up to 3,5, that is very convenient for the consumers.
In 2001 the discharge of sodium silicate with the modulus 2,0, earlier on Ukraine not manufactured is run in. The new technical condition are designed and affirmed on it. Production of sodium silicate in 2001 as contrasted to 2000 has grown in 2 times. After conducting reconstruction of the node of silicate granulation in 2002, the output was augmented for 20 %.

PRODUCTION OF GLASSWARE

On three press-machines on glassware production monthly make 3,0 million items of glassware. For 2001-2002 years the assortment of emitted workpieces was refreshed more than on 60 %. Production of scatterers for a light of head lamps and medical ware - cups "Petry" is not lost also. But, in connection with absence of production of head lamps in gathering on Ukraine, this production at the given stage works not on total output. Glassware, emitted PRJSC "Zaporizhskloflus", do not succumb on quality of commodity manufactured in Russia, Turkey and other countries.
